My journey into processes didn't start at university, but during my apprenticeship as an industrial clerk. That's where I learned how companies really work – from procurement through production to sales. Later, as a consultant, I led CRM migrations, analyzed processes in workshops, and evaluated data with Python and PowerBI. What I've seen time and again: The best solutions are often the simplest.
