The 6-week method

Four phases, clearly timed, with a deliberate hand-over at the end. You know where we are at every moment — and most importantly what stays in-house when we leave.

Week 1–2

Diagnose

We map the process, talk to the people who run it daily, and identify where time, money or quality is lost. No tool promises, no sales mode.

Week 2–3

Concept

We pick the right tool mix for your case — n8n, Make, script or custom workflow. The choice follows your situation, not our convenience.

Week 3–5

Build

We build the solution. In pair mode with the person on your side who will take ownership later. Knowledge grows with the code, not after it.

Week 6

Hand-over

Go-live, training for your team and a clean transfer of responsibility. We stay reachable as sparring partner if you want — but you own the solution.

  • Optional: 3-month sparring in the background
