How we work

The 6-week method

Four phases, clearly timed, with a deliberate hand-over at the end. We only automate after we have cut, simplified and sped up — otherwise we just scale inefficiency. You know where we are at every moment, and most importantly what stays in-house when we leave.

01
Week 1–2

Diagnose & Question

We map the process, talk to the people who run it daily, and ask at every step: who asked for this? Does the reason still hold? Requirements have authors, not laws of nature — and a step that falls away when questioned costs zero maintenance afterwards.

What you take away from this phase
  • Documented as-is process with bottleneck analysis
  • List of every requirement with traceable source and rationale
  • Honest recommendation: automate now, rebuild first, or not at all
02
Week 2–3

Reduce & Simplify

Before a single line of code, we cut. Steps no one still needs. Fields no one still fills in. Approvals no one still reads. Whatever remains, we simplify. A process that shrinks from twelve to five steps often needs no automation at all — and that is the best possible outcome for you.

What you take away from this phase
  • Reduced target process with deletion rationale per step
  • Quick wins that work immediately, without software
  • Clear decision: what stays manual, what gets automated
03
Week 3–5

Automate

Only now — after questioning and reduction — do we build. Tool mix matched to your case: n8n, Make, script or custom workflow. In pair mode with the person on your side who will take ownership later. Knowledge grows with the code, not after it. We automate only what survived the cut.

What you take away from this phase
  • Working workflow in your environment
  • Test setup and monitoring
  • Step-by-step documentation in your wiki
04
Week 6

Hand-over

Go-live, training for your team and a clean transfer of responsibility. We stay reachable as sparring partner if you want — but you own the solution.

What you take away from this phase
  • Training workshop and hand-over session
  • Defined escalation and maintenance processes
  • Optional: 3-month sparring in the background

When does our work fit your project?

Four honest criteria. If any one is missing, we say so openly and point to alternatives — even other providers.

10–250 employees

Our core target size. For significantly smaller or larger organisations the scope rarely fits.

Process as starting point

We start from an existing process. Reshaping it — cutting steps, simplifying logic — is part of the work. What we don't do: greenfield strategy or designing a new business model.

In-house ownership

Someone on your team takes ownership after six weeks. Without that person we do not build.

Decisions in-house

You can hold a direction internally. Endless ‘let us check again’ loops serve no one.

What sets us apart from standard consulting

There are 4,000 agencies that will build you a workflow. We are not one of them. Our metric is not the workflow we ship — it is whether your team is still running it six months later.

“I only take projects I can personally accompany for six weeks — and no more.”

Six weeks, one process

One engagement = one process = six weeks. Sharply scoped. No omnipotence promises, no 17-stream roadmaps.

Hand-over is mandatory, not optional

By week 6 at the latest we step out of the day-to-day. Your team runs it — we are reachable afterwards if needed.

Tool follows task

We are neither n8n resellers nor Make consultants. Which tool fits emerges from your setup, not from our licence.

We say no when it does not fit

Buying a process that will not pay off leaves you frustrated six months later. We turn down roughly one in three requests.

Who runs this

Six weeks. One person responsible.

My path to processes started with an apprenticeship as industrial clerk — procurement, production, sales seen from the inside. Later CRM migrations, process workshops, and data analysis with Python and PowerBI. What I keep seeing: the best solutions are usually the simplest.

Let us talk for 20 minutes — no obligation.

One conversation where we walk through a concrete process from your operation. At the end you get an honest read on whether and how we can help — and if not, who can.
