Do participants need programming knowledge?+
No. n8n is primarily visual – drag-and-drop workflows and configurable nodes. We assume participants are comfortable with spreadsheets, APIs, and basic IT concepts. For deeper patterns (JavaScript code nodes, custom credentials, webhook signatures) basic programming understanding is enough. If you know SQL or Excel formulas, you'll do fine.
Maximum number of participants?+
15 max. From 8 participants onward we bring a second trainer so live coaching stays equally intensive for everyone. At 4-6 participants the format gets especially interactive – we can run through up to 4 real use cases from your organization.
On-site at your offices or remote?+
Both work. On-site in Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, NRW, Hamburg, Berlin – travel included in the price, accommodation on expense basis. Remote via Zoom/Teams with a shared Miro board works equally well for distributed teams and saves travel time.
Can the workshop be tailored to our specific stack?+
Yes – that's the whole point. In the week before the workshop we run a 60-minute kickoff with you to identify 2-3 real use cases from your organization. We then build them live with your team on day two. Typical stacks: DATEV Unternehmen Online, Lexoffice, sevDesk, SAP S/4HANA, Shopify, Personio, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft Teams.
What does the pricing look like?+
Flat fee per workshop, not per participant. 1-day compact (6h, up to 10 participants): €4,000 net. 2-day standard (12-14h, up to 15 participants): €7,500 net. Tailored (custom template prep for your stack, 2+ days, 2 trainers): from €12,000 net. All prices exclude travel/accommodation for on-site. Pure remote workshops typically save €300-600 in travel costs.
How long until the workshop can happen?+
Minimum 2 weeks – 1 week for kickoff and use-case alignment, 1 week for custom material prep. Typical dates are fixed 4-6 weeks ahead. For urgent needs (e.g., onboarding new team members) 2-3 weeks is feasible.
Is there a recording?+
Yes, the workshop is fully recorded (for the attending company only, not public). Additionally every team gets a structured PDF workbook with all covered patterns and a starter kit with 5-8 ready-made workflow JSON files for import into their own n8n instance.
What happens after the workshop?+
Two options: (1) 30 days of email and Slack support free of charge, in which we review your team's first productive workflows – included. (2) Optional follow-up retainer (8-16 hours per month) where we build more complex workflows together or accompany your team. And: 15% discount on a full implementation if you later decide to outsource a larger process to us.
When you'd rather not build the big process yourself
Workshop participants get a 15% discount on any implementation we build for you. The goal: your team writes the simple workflows, we handle complex system integrations (SAP, DATEV, Peppol, legacy ERP) — or process redesign, if the workshop reveals that automation isn't the right answer at all. Clean separation, clear ownership.
